Your trust matters.
Effective July 28, 2026. This policy explains how The Experience Foundation, Inc. handles information when you use this website or connect with us.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and to information you share with the Foundation by email, phone, mail, in person, or through a future connected website form. The inquiry, volunteer, partner, sponsor, prayer, and newsletter forms currently shown on this site operate in preview mode and do not transmit or store the information entered into them. We will update this policy before connecting a service that collects website form submissions.
Information you choose to share
When you contact us, register for a program or event, volunteer, partner, sponsor, donate, or request support, you may choose to provide details such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, organization, interests, availability, and message. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, detailed medical information, or urgent safety information through general website communications.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. The Foundation does not currently place advertising or marketing analytics trackers on this website.
How information may be used
We may use information to respond to questions, coordinate programs and events, manage volunteer or partnership interests, process authorized giving activity, send updates you requested, maintain records, improve our services, protect people and systems, and meet legal or regulatory responsibilities. We use personal information only for purposes reasonably connected to why it was provided.
When information may be shared
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate programs, communications, events, donations, or technology; when required by law or a valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform. The Foundation does not sell or rent personal information for money.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our operational records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The Foundation serves children, youth, and families, but the website’s general contact features are intended for adults, parents, guardians, and authorized community partners. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its review or deletion.
Questions and privacy requests
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you previously provided, or to stop sending optional communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, donation, or operational recordkeeping. Email love@theexperiencefoundation.com, call (954) 378-0221, or write to 2455 E Sunrise Blvd, Suite 510, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the website, programs, and service providers evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to future interactions.
