The Experience Foundation, in collaboration with the L.A. Lee YMCA / Mizell Community Center, invites you to the Sistrunk Souls for Success Back-to-School Community Resource Fair happening on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 409 Sistrunk Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.

Families can register to receive free backpacks, school supplies, hygiene kits, and more! Children must be present to receive items. The event will also feature music, resources, community vendors, and fun activities for all ages.

🤝 FOR DONORS & VENDORS – HELP US EQUIP OUR COMMUNITY

We are calling on generous donors, local businesses, and service providers to join us in preparing students and families for a strong start to the school year. Your support makes a lasting difference. We are currently accepting donations of essential hygiene items, school supplies, and basic clothing needs. Items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, uniforms, socks, shoes (in youth sizes), backpacks, notebooks, crayons, and other school essentials will be assembled into care kits and distributed at the event.

In addition, we welcome vendors and organizations who offer services that benefit families and students. If your business or nonprofit provides services like haircuts or grooming, health or dental screenings, mental health resources, counseling, job training, youth programs, or faith-based and wellness support, we invite you to partner with us. This is a valuable opportunity to serve, connect, and uplift the Sistrunk community in a meaningful way.
